Single Handed, approx. 36 inches. The Middle Eastern equivalent of the Broadsword, the Scimitar was the staple weapon of many Countries, including Hungary and Turkey, during the Dark and Middle Ages of Europe. Primarily designed as a Slashing or Cutting Weapon, the pictured examples are based on a Modern Turkish Military Sword still in use today.
